Frame:	Ovalized 6061-T6 aluminum aircraft tubing with internal skeletal structure for increased stiffness.

Propulsion System:	Features a combination of Shimano and Top End components, 27 speed, 48-40-28 chain rings and 11/32 cassette as standard. The 11/32 cassette is operated by the Hands-On Rapid Fire unit which is mounted on the right (standard) handpedal. It operates both the 11/32 cassette and the hands- on brake. The manual derailler operates the top chainrings utilizing a manual system which eliminates cables and their maintenance. A parking brake/second brake is mounted on the left side of frame.
Crankset:	Top End S crankset with integral pedal bearings are standard. To choose the width for the crank, consider the end user's shoulder width. The width is measured horizontally center to center to the point at the middle of the handpedal. Length of crankset depends on the length of the arms. The length is measured perpendicular from the center of the crank to the center of the handpedal spindle.
Steering:	Pivot steering and raked fork for controlled turning and stability.
Handpedals:	Handpedals are made of lightweight aluminum and are ovalized to precisely fit the hand. The bearings which allow the pedal to rotate while pedaling are located in the crankset and not in the pedal, which makes this pedal very comfortable. Power Plates consist of flat aluminum plates welded the lower end of the pedal.
Footrest:	Multi-adjustable fore and aft w/straps to securely cradle calves and feet. Straps are 4" wide and feature safety straps for ankles.
Performance wheels:	36 Spoke wheels with threaded axles and Sun Metal alloy rims. 14 gauge stainless steel spokes. 26" x 1" High Performance Clincher Tire/Tube 100psi

If you are experiencing a problem with your hand cycle, just call one of our customer service representatives. They will set up a technician to diagnose and repair your hand cycle. We will then have the parts shipped free of charge directly to either the technician or your home. We will do everything we can to get your hand cycle up and running as quickly as possible. The following parts will be repaired or replaced for free at our discretion at the time periods listed below from the date of purchase.

3 Years: Frame

1 Year: distributed parts and components including: compensators, forks, upholstery, and miscellanous bicycle parts Excluded:

Tires, bushing, tubes, push handle grips, foam parts, plastic coated parts, bearings, and cables

All of the previous parts are covered for defect in material and/or workmanship. Any abuse or intentional misuse of the hand cycle will void the warranty.

Go Mobility 30 Day Return Policy

This item is covered by our Go Mobility 30-Day Return Policy. As stated in our full Return Policy, this item may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of purchase price minus the shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

The following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in new condition – no cracks, scratches, etc. - with original packaging and all parts and accessories.
• A Return Authorization must be requested from Go Mobility within 30 days of delivery.

Once the Return Authorization has been received from Go Mobility, the product must be returned within 14 days to receive your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase usually within 3-5 business days of our receiving and inspecting your returned product.
