We want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase you make at Go Mobility Scooters. Our goal is to make certain that every purchase will work for your unique situation and needs. However, occasionally you may receive an item that doesn’t work for you. If you need to make a return, you may return most products for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. (please see all guidelines below)
• The item must be in new condition – no damage, no scratches, etc. - with original packaging and all parts and accessories. • A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested from Go Mobility within 30 days of delivery. • Once the RA has been received from Go Mobility, you will receive instructions where to return the scooter. • You can expect a refund within 3-5 days of our receiving and completing an inspection on your returned product.
No Return Items:
Accessories cannot be returned.
Harmar Lifts cannot be returned.
Luggie batteries purchased separately (from scooter) are non-returnable.
No Restocking Fee Items:
All MK batteries under warranty that are faulty do not have any restocking fee or cost of return shipping. We will simply send you a free replacement.
