30 Day – Hassle Free - Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase you make at Go Mobility Scooters. Our goal is to make certain that every purchase will work for your unique situation and needs. However, occasionally you may receive an item that doesn’t work for you. If you need to make a return, you may return most products for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. (please see all guidelines below)

• The item must be in new condition – no damage, no scratches, etc. - with original packaging and all parts and accessories.
• Products must be returned in original packaging. You can contact customer service if you need to purchase new packaging.
• A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested from Go Mobility within 30 days of delivery.
• Once the RA has been received from Go Mobility, products must be returned within 14 days.

No Return Items:
  • Accessories cannot be returned.
  • Harmar Lifts cannot be returned.
  • Luggie parts and batteries purchased separately (from scooter) are non-returnable.

No Restocking Fee Items:

  • All MK batteries under warranty that are faulty do not have any restocking fee or cost of return shipping. We will simply send you a free replacement.

Smart Scoots only have a 14 day return policy.
