How long till I get my scooter?

Travel Scooters, Folding Scooters, and most Mid-Size Scooters, Ramps and Lifts ordered by 2 pm ET Monday through Friday will ship the same day via Fedex or UPS, and will usually arrive in 3-5 business days.

Full Size and Heavy Duty Scooters ships via freight, it will usually take from 3-7 business days.

Most Drive Medical scooters are delivered within 6-10 business days.

Pacesaver scooters are custom built to order, and take approximately 2 weeks to leave the warehouse.

What if I don’t like it?

Our mobility specialists do their best to ensure that everything you purchase at Go Mobility Scooters will suit your specific situation and needs. In the event something just doesn’t work for you, you can return your product (please see our hassle free return policy for details).

Can I return for an upgrade at some point?

We do not have a trade in program. However, we do offer financing which may help you get the scooter you really would want the first time around. (see finance program details)

Does it come assembled?

Most of our scooters arrive completely assembled for you to ride out of the box. Some require minimal assembly that anyone without any expertise could do. If you do need any help whatsoever though, we always offer free phone support.

Are your products made in America?

Every single one of our products are made from quality reliable and reputable manufactures in the mobility industry. We would not be selling it otherwise. As for products that are specifically made in the USA, all of the Active Care Medical scooters, Pacesaver scooters, EZ Access and PVI Ramps and Harmar lifts are American made.

Do you have a store I can test drive? Any way to test drive?

How long is warranty?

We only sell mobility scooters, ramps and lifts from the most reputable mobility companies in the industry that stand behind their products. Most warranties on the scooters are at least 6 months to 1 year in length. You can find the exact warranty information located in the warranty tab on the product page of every product we carry.

What is a pre-mobility scooter?

A pre-mobility scooter is a perfect option for people who need a little assistance getting around or keeping up or going for a walk with a loved one, children or grand-children. You might not be ready for conventional medical scooter or mobility scooter. Maybe you want something that looks sportier than a typical mobility scooter? Maybe you want something that goes faster? A pre-mobility scooter goes up to 15 mph whereas a mobility scooter typically goes up to 5 mph. (Heavy duty mobility scooters however, often go up to 10 mph)
